Creamy, Whipped, Garlic Mashed Potatoes

5# Brown potatoes. Peeled, cut (as if boiling for reg. mashed
potatoes) boiled & rinsed. I replace a few for red potatoes. Gives it a
sweeter taste.

1 stick of softened butter
1 8oz cream cheese
1 8oz sour cream
1 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
3 TBSP garlic powder
3 TBSP onion powder
3 TBSP Jane's Crazy Salt

Blend cooked potatoes w/all other ingredients with an electric mix master. Adding one by one. Pour into deep casserole baking dish. Dab top of potatoes w/butter cubes. Bake uncovered on 325 till butter is melted.

They are to die for. I also make this recipe the opposite way. #5 red potatoes & replace w/a few brown potatoes. Excellent either way.
